We have done business together for over 15 years and we have purchased several of your products:

We continue to expand the products we purchase for a number of reasons. First and foremost, the quality of products is very good. Construction is sound, and we do not have to continually pull product out of service for repair. For the most part, everything has been low maintenance, which is critical to any hauler!

Service after the sale seems to be something that has gone out of style during these tough economic times, but not at Nedland. Dave, you and your staff are always there to answer a question, or give us advice. That is something we appreciate.

Dunn County has been purchasing stationary solid waste compactors, roll-off receivers and recycling roll-off containers from you since the beginning of our program in 1992.  We have been extremely pleased with your products and service.  We greatly appreciate that you haven't just accepted the standard of manufacturing a good product, but have listened and responded to your customers' suggestions and utilized new technologies to make improvements to your products, such as the redesigned dog house on the compactors.  This design reduces the damage done to the compactors when the driver is placing the roll-off receivers in place.

 

Recently I purchased some roll-off receivers from your competitors.  I am so accustomed to the "Nedland Quality" that I was extremely dissatisfied with your competitors' roll-off receivers.  The welds were well below the quality of your products and I was so dissatisfied with their quality that I returned the roll-off receivers and had them welded again.  I was told by your competitor that the welds will hold up just fine and the welds didn't have to be as good as I was used to.  I value your high quality manufacturing and not having to worry if the welds form your equipment will hold.

We have tried other container manufactures but we always come back to Nedland Industries. It is the service after the sale that has held true for the 23 years we have done business with them.

 

Dave and the crew have always listened to our needs and when they feel it is necessary, have given us their opinion and helped me make the correct decision on what type of equipment would work best in the application we are looking for.
