Nedland Industries,First of all L & L Site Service Inc. is a two man show meaning the two owners are the drivers, dispatchers, and everything else to make a successful roll-off business operate. This means that every hour of the day is accounted for and must be profitable. Nedland Ind. has made this happen with providing us with; a 1999 International roll-off truck hoist, 2006 Kenworth roll-off truck hoist, 2007 EZ roll-off trailer, 2009 Kenworth roll-off truck hoist, and fifty 20 yard roll-off containers all over a year and a half. Our business has been very successful due to the fact that the equipment purchased has been flawless in its operations, design, and strength. The time the trucks and trailer saves us daily by the ease of use and versatility has been great. With only a few issues that have arose were resolved with one phone call to Nedland Ind. The knowledge and support behind their products is second to none. The flexibility of Nedland to provide roll-off containers in a short amount of time is fascinating. As a company that stands behind our service and equipment we would be happy to talk to anybody who is looking into purchasing roll-off equipment from Nedland Ind. You will not be disappointed with any product Nedland Ind. has to offer.
Thanks for everything Dave,

To: The Nedland Family,Hey Dave & Cory thanks for building me one awesome trailer. From the goose-neck hitch to the LED lights everything in between is first class workmanship. It does what it's suppose to do, work hard and handles heavy loads very well. I travel a long way to the landfill so having the weight and container centered on the axles makes traveling safe and amazingly comfortable. It's a new thing here, pulling it with my 1 ton truck it's very classy, people never seen anything like this, there use to the old time garbage haulers big and dirty trucks. My customers freak out when I arrive on there job site plus when you can put a container where your competitors can't even think of going it sets my company in a whole different league. Last but not least the remote control makes this operation
SOLID it allows me to spot, drop, and pick-up in or out even picking up a can at a 45 degree angle is a breeze try that with a full size truck with out breaking something. Every equipment has it's limitation so far I haven't found one in this trailer. Will be waiting for a 40,000 lb trailer.
Thanks again to you and your crew GREAT JOB.Aloha,JoeHawaiian Roll Off Co.Kauai, Hawaii
To: Nedland Industries, I just wanted to put a thank you out to all the people of Nedland Industries who designed and built my 16,000 pound goose-neck roll-off trailer. It has been one of the most durable pieces of equipment I have ever had in my fleet. We have had no problems with the trailer itself or the 10 and 15 yard containers you built for us. This will be our fourth season with the unit and I expect we will probably hit the 300 mark for numbers of roll-off jobs in 2006, Again, hats off to a great product! It has been a pleasure dealing with your company and I look forward to doing business with you in the future!

To: Nedland Industries,I contacted Nedland Industries last year regarding capability and modification of Nedland's EZrolloff hoists, trailers and containers. It was unique being able to speak with both the product engineer and company president. It is impossible to find a larger company salesman who could change their products for us.
Our need was to maximize product volume and weight in a container that can be hauled by a smaller, less costly, more fuel efficient vehicle, not requiring a CDL licensed driver. Our customers are under tremendous pressure to reduce cost, which they pass onto us. I had searched two other comparable products for more than a year and found Nedland's less costly and with a higher weight capacity, allowing us to reduce our cost almost 1/2. Your product also had a wireless remote control on the hydraulics allowing operation from a safer more visible distance.
We bought 5 trailers, a roll-off attachment for an International straight body, and about 100 - 15 and 20 yard containers (used with 3 Ford pickups). We added quick rolling covers (tarps). In Florida they are providing scrap metal collection and transportation for 40 locations. Another two are in Dallas servicing 30 locations in North Texas and one each in McAllen and El Paso servicing another ten locations. The operating range has been 250 miles. We have put 40,000 miles on one of the vehicles the past six months with only a brake line friction problem, which was easily corrected with plastic ties.
Regarding capacity, with the use of the Ford F250 and goose-neck hitch, (F350 not needed and less capacity) we can legally haul over 10,000 lbs, and I can drive it in Texas without a CDL. Even the International with hoist comes in at less than 26,000 GVW. The International can also pull an EZ trailer to service 2 sites-2 boxes on a single trip (CDL required). Regarding the hoist and frame, we overloaded one box but it picked up over 20,000 lbs. The International with trailer has come in at almost 40,000 lbs on one occasion. The only safety issue is to make sure that weight is evenly distributed or in the front of the box to prevent "fishtailing" which is a concern with any equipment.
Regarding cost, we had operated 40,000 capacity roll-off trucks hauling 10,000 lbs in a 20 yard box at full volume. The F250 with EZ trailer together are less than half the cost (50,000 vs. 115,000), the miles per gallon doubled (5 vs. over 10), the insurance 1/4, and the containers almost 1/2 the cost. It was an easy decision.
For low and medium density material it has been ideal. Also it can get into close quarter downtown city areas a regular truck can't. Now our salesperson can visit a customer in a nice looking F250, and service them at the same time.

To: Nedland Industries, Gentleman, in regards to the EZrolloff trailer system our firm has purchased in the last year, all I have to say is Perfect!
In comparing purchasing Roll-off trucks, to purchasing these Roll-off trailers, there is no comparison.
First of all, the cost of an EZrolloff system is about 8 times less than a Roll-off truck, and since that is being pulled with a 1-ton pick-up, there is no insurance to pay, since it's covered by the vehicle that's pulling it.
Now, let's talk about fuel cost, Nedland trailer rolloff system allows us twice the fuel economy than that of a standard truck. We are currently averaging 10.3 miles per gallon.
If you compare 20yd roll-off box prices of the Nedland's, to the standard roll-off truck boxes, I know that you'll realize the savings.
As far as versatility, the Nedland roll-off trailers are by far the best in the industry. You can put these boxes in places that you wouldn't even think of with a standard roll-off truck. Because of the lower height of the EZrolloff trailer, it allows you to enter buildings for better placement for customers. Perfect for the larger jobs where contractors want them inside.
We advertise your roll-offs as driveway friendly equipment. When parking lots and drive -ways are a concern, the Nedland EZrolloff trailers comes in at about 1/6th the weight of a standard roll-off truck.
When dealing with residential customers, that's a key selling factor. As far as strength and durability, we've compared other roll-off trailers in the industry which appear comparable, only to find the Nedland trailers have the best structural integrity.
Currently, we operate two EZrolloff 16,000 trailers and 66-20yd roll-off boxes. On average, one trailer and driver can dump and return 12-15 boxes per day.
By going this route, instead of obtaining two roll-off trucks, is that because of the cost difference, we are able to realize profitability much sooner. In the competitive world we live in, this is a must.
Should anyone have any questions, please feel free to call us anytime for direct and honest answers in regards to Nedland Industries Ezrolloff Trailer systems.

To: Nedland Industries, My name is Dennis Knepper. My wife and I own Bowersock Hauling, a small rural trash service, which also provides roll-off container service. The EZrolloff trailer was a great addition to our business. The unit is simple to operate and maintain. With the goose-neck hitch, I can get a container into real tight places. The home owners love the smaller cans for home improvement projects, as they are smaller and are easy to load. We have 8 and 10 cu. yd. containers and a flat bed, which we use to pick up used appliances. This unit saves me time, money and uses less energy loading the appliances and just tip to load. I am 50, so at my age this is very helpful. This unit will even make a U-turn in a caldesac. It literally will turn on a dime. Thank you Nedland, for such a well thought out quality unit. We love it. People always stop to watch this thing work. Everyone comments on how slick it is. We also took a tour of the plant when we made our purchase. Great staff that puts out quality work. Made in America. Thanks. Any questions feel free to call or e-mail us.

To: Nedland Industries, Dicke Debris LLC is a women owned company. I was referred to Nedland's to purchase roll-off containers (from a competitor no less). Wisconsin was a long way from Louisiana and I knew there was no way to go to view the product but felt very comfortable talking with them on the phone and decided to make the order.
When the roll-off and trailer arrived, I was so impressed. The quality was better than any equipment I had purchased in the past. I have since called to ask questions and have always had someone take time and work with us.
I would recommend the Nedland Company to anyone.

To: Nedland Industries,
Just a few words to let you know how I'm enjoying my new EZrolloff trailer and the six EZ roll-off cable pull containers that I purchased from you. It works very nice. It's well built. It does every thing you said it would do. I draw scrap iron on mine and I load them heavy, but they still work great. I'm very pleased that I purchased them.
Thank-you very much,

To: Nedland Industries, Our town had to transition from a traditional landfill to a transfer station. The cost of hiring refuse transportation to the closest landfill (40 miles away) was too expensive for our budget. We purchased a goose-neck trailer and five roll-offs from Nedland's. It has been an extremely good investment and saved the town thousands every year. I could not be happier with the product or the support. Sincerely,

To: Dave/Nedland Industries, We are very happy with your EZ16 roll-off trailer. It works fine, no problems at all. Recycling is much easier for us and because of the 20 Cu. yard container, we have not to drive so often. That saves us money and time.

To: Dave/ Nedland Industries, Six months ago, Jersey County purchased an EZ12 ROLL-OFF trailer, 5 each 20 cubic yard containers, and 5 each 10 cubic yard open top containers for use in the expansion of the recycling program in the county. These containers are used for mixed recyclables and cardboard. A 3/4 Ton Pickup is used to pull the trailer w/containers to the various processing facilities for marketing the recyclable materials.
I fine the EZ ROLL-OFF system meets the needs of the program in a very efficient and user friendly way. The convenience of the equipment and the durable construction of the containers, will serve the recycling program for years to come.
I would recommend your equipment without reservation to any potential customer.

Dear Dave & Company,Thank you for your advertisement and for inviting me to the machinery show at West Allis, Wi. The dumpster trailer system was a big step for me, but it was really worth it. Wanting to start a new business in handling waste and also to enhance my existing scrap iron business; I found that the EZ rolloff flatbed & 15 yd. dumpsters were just what I needed. I find that I can put the flatbed on the ground and use the same cable that brings the dumpster up on the rails to bring cars and other pieces of machinery up onto the flatbed and then bring the loaded flatbed up onto the dumpster trailer. The EZ rolloff has been more than I ever expected it to be. Once again, thank you!

Dave,First thanks for the fast response to my questions and request. Thanks. As you know we are located in Long Beach, Mississippi... right in the middle of KATRINA and all the mess she left behind. What you don't know is that i had just sold my business weeks before KATRINA and was wondering what we were going to do, after purchasing your 16ft goose-neck and a few roll-offs I found out. Get busy. My back ground is offshore supply vessels working in the oil patch in the Gulf Coast area so I have seen lots of "neat" tools to make work easier but your trailer and roll-off design is a winner. It is a pleasure knowing the equipment you own is going to perform time after with out a hitch. Ease and dependability of use, what more can I say.

To: The makers and prospective buyers of EZ Roll-off Trailers and Containers,
Before buying a roll-off trailer, I personally researched all types, brands, construction and cost of various roll-off trailers and containers, I will just say this; "You usually get what you pay for." On most trailer, the hydraulic tongue jack and remote are an extra charge, but not with the EZ Roll-off Trailers. This is standard equipment.
Some manufacturers have a larger engine to run their hydraulic pump. This is actually overkill and an extra expense in gas, which also adds weight to your trailer. The EZ Roll-off has a 9HP Honda gas engine with a two stage hydraulic pump, which is gas efficient and weighs less than larger, HP models. The 9HP Honda has more than enough power to manage any load placed into the dumpster well over the rated load capacity with ease, day after day. I have never ran my 9HP engine and pump over 1/2 throttle with no problem picking, pulling, or dumping a loaded dumpster.
A 15-yard dumpster filled with asphalt shingles will handle about 45-squares of shingles, which weighs about 13,000 to 15,000 pounds. No problem stopping; speaking of stopping, the brakes are the largest in the industry, 12 1/4" x 3 3/8" x 1/2" brake shoes, two per wheel. Anybody can eventually get the load moving, but stopping is the key factor for the safety of the operator and the public. I've operated heavy equipment, trucks and trailers all of my life. The EZ Roll-off trailer has oil bath hubs just like the big truck and trailers. Built to last in rough use applications. I do demolition work, one of the toughest, most demanding lines of work on earth. If the EZ Roll-off works for me, just think what it will do for you and yours.
Also, the overall width stance is the widest and most stable of all the trailers that I researched. One feature I liked is the fact that the lower the trailer, the better control and stability of the load. Another quality feature on the EZ Roll-off trailer is the LED lights, which contain more than one luminating light bulb in every sealed light assembly. This allows longer use because the light assembly will continue to light until all light bulbs burn out in the sealed assembly for longer life and less cost. All light assemblies are rubber grommet mounted to absorb road shock. The wire harnesses are run through the inside of the trailer frame keeping road hazards, landfill hazards, and of course, salt, oil and fuels from corroding the light harness connections and the sealed light assemblies. This also keeps the harness from being weather checked from the sunlight's ultra violet rays, which in turn cause rubber and plastics to crack allowing electrical problems in the future. From corrosion of road salts on the exposed wires this and much more is built into every EZ Roll-off trailer and container. This equipment is the best money can buy (quality). I feel this trailer and container will last and make me a living for many years to come. So don't be fooled by the cheaper trailers, the quality isn't there. The down time in a cheaper will cost you more in the long run. It's running that makes the money, downtime costs money. Americans build this equipment in America with American materials.
Don't be fooled, buy the best trailer on the market, the EZ Roll-off. If you have any questions about anything from tongue to tailgate, Dave at Nedland Industries has the answers. Or he will hook you up to the right person and department to give the technical support you are looking for. The warranty on this trailer is top in the field at EZ Roll-off. Their willingness to help doesn't stop after the sale. Thanks again to everyone at Nedland Industries and EZ Roll-off.

To: Nedland Industries Inc.,
Thank you Nedland, for the trailer roll-off. Everywhere I work someone wants to know who came up with the trailer roll off. I'm so proud of the trailer roll off. It allows me to drop off and pick up dumpsters using the same truck that I already own, which saves a lot of money. The trailer works by remote so I can dump or drop from any position.
The services at Nedland is something special. When I went to get service, Dave showed me the plant while the mechanics worked on my equipment. When they serviced it they checked everything.
Thank you Nedland, your equipment and service is outstanding.

Dear Nedland Industries,
Happiness is driving a roll off truck hoist with a chipper body manufactured by Nedland Industries carried by a Kenworth. I have had this truck about six months and I still drive down the road laughing. I own a small tree service in North Jersey. When the wood was too short for a log truck I rented a box or lifted the wood into the back of the truck. No more thanks to the EZrolloff system making my job faster and easier. I needed some modifications on the box, from a rough picture and a vague description I got exactly what I needed.
Dave is a pleasure to work with. He took most of my calls and when he couldn't he called me right back. The chipper box & hoist are heavy duty, it's easy to use, it's remote control, it just works. The rolloff hoist truck is awesome.
This truck & chipper box looks great. The paint is perfect. This rig is $200/month more than the Chevy I was looking at. It was a no brainier. I'm a happy tree guy & I love my new chip truck.

Dear: Nedland Industries,I have been a general contractor for over 15 years. In those years I have owned many different trailers including 3 dump trailers at ounce and two flatbeds. When I purchased my 16,000 pound trailer and multiple bodies, I was able to sell all other trailers and have one, saving me on insurance, registrations, tires, brakes and general maintenance. This trailer preformed beyond my expeditions and has held up great.

Dave,
Just wanted to send you a note and say thanks for the recent roll-off trailer and accessories that we purchased a couple of months back. The quality of your product is simply unsurpassed. We have been extremely pleased with everything we purchased. The materials are far above "industry standards" and the workmanship is just unbelievable. The design and engineering are unique and very well thought out. The end result is that what we thought might just be a tool to "fill in" occasionally has turned out to be the foundation for an entire new business segment for us. We are learning that the market is wide open for the special services this system can offer. We are now looking at establishing this service in 3 other cities and are looking forward to placing our next order. Please pass along my thanks to your team for all their hard work and their exceptional service during this first order.

Dave,I hope you had a wonderful holiday season and all is well, I'm writing to let you know that this trailer is more than I expected, I have had a 10 yard full of concrete on the ez 16 handled with no problem, and now my marketing is informing the customer on the lightweight feature, and how there is less chance of property damage due to large rolloff truck, but still able to handle their trash removal needs.

To Dave Nedland and employees,I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the Ez 16 trailer and four 20 yd containers you built for me. I actually was referred to you by a company in Des Moines. The company in Des Moines said that Nedland Industries builds on of the best roll off trailer on the market and after I contacted you I have been very impressed with the entire transaction. I actually felt comfortable enough to buy everything sight unseen, and haven't regretted anything.
So far the trailer has performed outstanding and the quality is evident everywhere. When you look at everything from the gussets, to the powder coat finish, it is a first class, Made in America, product. Thanks again for taking the time to work with me and I look forward to doing more container business in the future.

I have seen and purchased a lot of equipment over the years, and would easily say that the ez-rolloff is one of the best built pieces of equipment around. Thanks again for taking great pride in your work, we need more manufacture's like yourselves.

To Whom It May Concern:Nedland Industries is a cut above the rest. They went out of their way for my new business, numerous times, during the buying process. They made it a pleasure to do business with them.
They answered all my questions readily and helped out with whatever we needed. They stepped up and added things to my truck order at the last minute. Ordering sight unseen was a risk, but I was completely satisfied as the quality of production ended up being excellent!
On top of that, Dave Nedland drove the truck all the way to Tucson. For a President of a company to do that is almost unheard of today. I was thoroughly impressed by the company and did not regret any part of the deal.
I would definitely buy from Nedland again.Sincerely,Mark StrublePresidentGeneral Maintenance Specialists, Inc.Tucson, Arizona
David,The 16,000# trailer and cans are very nice and great workmanship. Very well thought out. One minor issue, not in building or your fault but your choice of suppliers for the trailer light and brake plug, it would not fit properly in either one of my Chevy trucks without some massaging. I am assuming because they are made in Taiwan. I pulled the trailer and one 10 yard container to my shop with a brand new 2500 (3/4 ton) 4WD truck and I took it back to the dealer and told them to get me a one ton as I could tell in 30 miles the truck was to small. Like the Toyota ad says, the trailer was wagging the dog.
Thanks for a great unit.
